Observations to the adjoining borough of Islington for part development, refurbishment and erection of a part one/part two storey roof extension and new mezzanine floor level for use as office floor space (Class B1) at 29-39 Mount Pleasant. The change of use and refurbishment of part of the buildings including 5 Rosebery Avenue to provide a retail unit (Class A1) and 7 no residential dwellings (Class C3) and part demolition and erection of a single storey roof extension off Warner street for residential floor space (Class C3) as well as photovoltaic panels solar thermal panels plant and associated works. Conservation area consent is sought for the demolition works., including external lift core roof lights and plant at roof level at Mount Pleasant and the partial demolition of an existing roof extension off Warner Street Also conservation area consent reference P121606 submitted. This application may affect the character and appearance of the conservation area. Town and Country Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended); section 73.
