Proposal description
Lift all stone finishes to the steps and first floor viewing platform and remove any loose 'fill' material to expose a solid substrate. Thereafter apply a liquid waterproofing system before reinstating all steps and finishes to existing levels with matching materials. Localised brickwork repairs to the surrounding structure. Localised repointing of slabs at ground floor level.
