Proposal description
FRONT GARDEN: 1 x Lime (T1) - Reduce height and spread of tree by pollarding back to previous pruned points. Reduce and/or remove all live branches, 3m - 3.5m length reduction, entire canopy. Reduce T1 down to height of neighbouring Lime T2 to maintain height equal. Remove all basal growth and epicormic growth off main stem.
