Proposal description
Installation of 1 x Air handling unit, 7 x heat pumps with acoustic enclosures to the south elevation at ground floor level, following removal of the existing air condenser units with associated ducting and cycle stands, alteration to the façade/fenestration to the front, rear and side elevations, reprovision of the cycle stands to the rear and front elevations, including the replacement of the existing windows and doors and demolition of the existing roller shutters, stalls, external seating areas and installation of new shopfront to the front elevation at ground floor level.
