Certificate of Lawfulness under S26H of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for the following works to a Listed Building 1. Repair roof of 1950/60s extension including Lift roof tiles, replace membrane, refix tiles and replace broken/damaged tiles with equivalent pan tiles. 2. Replace timber gable end boards, 3. External render of 1950/60s extension: repair and repaint. 4. Refresh rockwool-type insulation in attic as necessary and 5. Fit attic boards for access.
