Proposal description
Listed Building Consent to replace roof covering, new battens and slates using Spanish Contessa grey slates and associated lead flashing. Fix chimney cowls to three chimneys; replace plastic guttering with black cast iron guttering; remove uPVC cladding to sides of porch and render; replace rear dormer window with bespoke timber sash window and replace felt roof covering to existing dormer window. Remove single storey flat roofed rear lean to and make good. Remove brick garage from front garden.
