Replace all timber single-glazed sliding sash windows and door with 'Heritage Rose' white uPVC double-glazed sliding sashes to north and west rear elevations and retain and refurbish existing timber sliding sashes with all surrounding existing original masonry detailing and cills to be made good and retained exactly as original on south and west front elevations. Increase opening to balcony and replace existing window with single-glazed timber door on first floor to front (south) elevation and replacement timber front entrance door with glazing on ground floor front (south) elevation.
