Proposal description
Increase the garage length from 6300 to 7500 mm and enclose the covered area with a set of doors to the north and south side, brick up the doorway to north side of the main property, add a doorway to west side of the main property to access the new enclosed area and add an access door into the garage, insertion of two lower ground floor windows in the south east elevation in lieu of a single window, together with adjustment of eaves of the pitched garage roof to south boundary to avoid encroachment onto neighbour's land (non-material amendment to AWDM/0808/11)
