Proposal description
Non material amendment to two new dwellings permitted under AWDM/1444/13 as follows: i) reduction in plot width of 470mm ii) increase in width of each house by 300mm on the internal side of each inner flank wall (distances to neighbours boundaries to remain as approved), iii) the consequent narrowing of the gap bewteen the two houses from 3010mm to 1940mm.
