Proposal description
Part retrospective application for alterations to the existing terrace with a contemporary cream, dark grey and natural treated wood. Construction of boundary walls to enclose the existing terrace. Add a wood panel above the existing west boundary wall. To replace existing bi-fold doors with a bi-fold hatch window and cover remaining front area with wood cladding. To install new removable benches and tables externally. To replace rotten ply in the canopy with wood panelling and to install new exterior festoon lighting on black metal poles.
