Planning applications in BB8

Full: Erection of a three storey rear extension, two storey side extension and replacement dormer windows.

T1 is a previously coppiced Ash tree, we wish to reduce to around 1M 4 of the stems, leaving just the 1 more upright stem at the back. This will reduce shade over the lawn and prevent it becoming more of a problem in the future. T2 is a young Beech in the adjacent garden, we wish to reduce back to suitable growth points the overhanging laterals.

Full: Removal of existing garage door and replacement with a single door and window.

Full: Erection of a storage outbuilding (Use Class B8).
