Alterations to the existing Kings College and Selwyn College Sports Pavilion, including the replacement of one of the existing external staircases with a new compliant external staircase, the installation of a passenger lift to provide step-free access to the first-floor facilities, and associated alterations to the existing balcony structure.

One mature Buddleia (Buddleja davidii) located in the front garden of the property (although Buddleia is generally classified as a shrub rather than a tree, notification is being submitted because the plant has developed multiple substantial stems, with a stem diameter exceeding 75mm) - Fell and remove the Buddleia completely, including the main stems at ground level, to improve the appearance of the site and allow replacement planting with more appropriate ornamental shrubs and plants. The proposed replacement planting will enhance the appearance of the property frontage and preserve the character and amenity of the conservation area.
