T1, Silver Birch : remove lowest southern primary limb, arising at 5m above ground level, back to source on main stem. Maximum diameter of cut 75mm.

T1: Willow - Prune the branches overhanging the neighbours garden on the south side by up to 2m, with maximum diameter pruning cuts of 45mm. The works are illustrated on the attached annotated photo.

Discharge of condition for Ref: 25/2045/FUL: Condition 3 (Landscaping), Condition 4 (Drainage), Condition 12 (Tree Protection) & Condition 13 (Tree Protection).

Construction of west and north elevation two-storey extensions, front porch to the south elevation along with new driveway to access integral garage.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) Condition 5 (Materials) and Condition 6 (Site levels) on Planning Permission 23/2306/FUL (Proposed new dwelling and removal of existing garage and formation of new car standing space [previously submitted under 23/0804/FUL]) to allow a duo-pitched garage roof in lieu of flat roof, changes to materials and changes to site levels.
