Should they fall (or branches) they have could damage to the property, neighbouring property and outbuildings 2. Due to their size the root system is likly to interfere with the footings of the neighbouring properties 3. They restrict light to the property and neighbouring property 4. There is concern relating to the health of one of the trees In addition there is a Yew tree to the front of the property and Bay tree to the rear which require removal/lopping but not sure if these fall in the requirements for the
