Erection of a single storey front extension and alterations to fenestration.

T1 : Beech - Crown reduce by approximately 6m and carry out a sympathetic crown reduction to the remaining canopy. T2 and T3 : Silver Birch - Crown reduce by approximately 6m and carry out a sympathetic crown reduction to the remaining canopy. T4 and T5 : Crown crown to previous pruning points (approximately 2m of regrowth removal) and remove all epicormic growth from the main stem, crown break and principal scaffold branches. (Works subject to TPO 626/0356/1988)

T1 - Oak: Reduce canopy on south side by 2-3m. Retain radial spread of 6-7m. T2 - Hornbeam: Prune to give 3m clearance from built from of house. Lift over pavement to 3m. Work to retain clearance from built form of property. T3 Cherry - Dismantle to first fork. (Works subject to TPO 626/0046/1962 and TPO 626/0152/1973) (Permission not required for deadwood).

Amendment to planning permission ref. PLAN/2025/0311 (Erection of a single storey front extension, part first floor, part single storey side and rear extension and alterations to external facing materials and fenestration (amended plans and description)) to vary Condition 2 (approved plans) to allow revisions to the dimensions of the single-storey rear and two-storey side extensions, changes to fenestration, installation of rooflights, and changes to external finishes.

T1: Yew tree - Corwn lift on side overhanging garden area by 5 meters from ground level. Reduce in face of canopy overhanging garden area by 2 meters to suitable growth points. Canopy spread is 6.5 meters from the main stem and the canopy will be reduced to 4.5 meters from the main stem. (Works subject to TPO 626/0338/1986).
