T1; London Plane - Reduce one long limb that extends over the garden by approximately 2/3rd in length back to sound growth position; Remove 2 secondary limbs from above the removed limb section to shape. Reason: Limb is starting to dominate the area and suppress growth to both a large lime tree and young sycamore. Pruning is for sound arboricultural maintenance.

Small Juniper tree - Remove and re-plant with a new medium sized tree as part of landscaping works. Reason: Thin crown and declining. Sound arboriculture works.

T4; White poplar - Remove Broken/Hanging Branch T12; Holm oak - Fell to ground level and ground out stump. T17; Monterey cypress - Remove broken hanging branch. Approximately 8m on East Side of crown. T32; Pedunculate oak - Reduce large lateral limb growing northwest towards the overhead lines by approx. 3m to suitable growth point. T145; Monterey cypress - Selectively prune to clear building by at least 1m. T175; Pedunculate oak - Remove broken branch.
