Tree species: Oak, believed to be English oak. Tree number on sketch plan: T1 Location of tree: T1 is located within the neighbouring rear garden to the west/south-west of No. 4 Birchwood Avenue. The tree stands close to the shared rear/side boundary and has a significant crown spread overhanging the garden of No. 4 Birchwood Avenue. The position of the tree is marked as T1 on the attached sketch plan. Description of proposed works: Oak T1 Selective crown reduction and deadwood removal. Reduce the lateral crown spread overhanging the garden of No. 4 Birchwood Avenue by approximately 1.5 - 2.0 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points, while retaining the natural form and main framework of the crown.
