All dimensions, siting and proposed works are shown on the accompanying plans.

T1 Hybrid Weeping Willow; Main leader snapped out in high winds (see photograph) This raises concerns over its structural integrity as the wind dynamics has now changed within the canopy resulting in additional wind load .As some of the large limbs overhanging the entrance footpath to Lidl and as its a busy supermarket I think it's prudent to cut the remaining branches back to 1m from the stem to avoid a high risk situation every time high winds are forecast. TPO 220W.

To reduce x1 mature Kanzan tree from side of property by 2.5 metres. HAR/CA6, TPO 348W.
DC/099162
Tree specific number is T33, Sycamore. The tree is sick. It has lost substantial bark from the bottom 2m (perhaps 3/4's of its diameter). It has not leafed this year and has been slowly getting worse since we moved back into the property in December 2022. It has fungus growing under the bark where it is exposed and the lower branches are dead. We really don't want to loose the tree (it is one of 4 and a feature of this property) but we are advised by tree surgeons that it is likely to break in strong wind. We understand from our property insurance that we have an obligation to remove it. HAR/CA26, TPO 132W.
