Conifer trees. To reduce height of trees by 7.62 meters. Works to be carried out by local qualified tree surgeon.

The subject tree is identified as T1 on the enclosed plan. It is a cherry laurel (Prunus laurocerasus), and the proposed work is felling.

Non Material Amendment to 25/02006/HOU involving the introduction of a black cast iron air brick to the front facade.

Row of London plane trees - Plantanus x Hispanica. These trees have previously caused lifting of the paved area on the station approach that has now been modified due to multiple complaints by pedestrians. South Western Rail would like to have these trees pollarded to aproximately 8m and re pollarded to the same points every 3 - 5 years

Amendment to 14/02534/FUL to replace existing glazed panes below transoms in residential units with satin opaque glass panels. Replace fixed upper panels with matching opening units (some of the upper panels are already openable)
