Replacement of existing hub unit with installation of a modern, multifunction hub unit featuring an integral advertisement display and defibrillator.

Installation of internally illuminated 86 in LCD screen capable of showing illuminated static and animated displays in sequence comprising commercial and community messages on multifunction hub.

Change of use from Use Class C3 (dwelling house) to Use Class C4 (HMO-house in multiple occupation) involving rear dormer, outrigger dormer and changes to rear fenestration, with associated amenity, cycle and refuse storage.

Construction of 3 x additional upper floors to provide 4 x residential units, involving change of use of 1st floor from office (Class E) to residential (Class C3), together with associated works to include the enhancement of rear yard to provide refuse and cycle storage enclosures, whilst maintaining access to adjoining properties and rear service areas.
