Further to our telephone conversation this morning please find attached photographs of the property mentioned earlier, at 14 Park Drive Grimsby DN32 0EF. We would like to repair the damage caused by the tree in the photographs to our garage. Our builder advises us that the tree needs to be removed to prevent further damage and to enable the restorative work to be done

Ash tree within garden of No.1 Pine Close encroaching over 2/3 of the width of the garden of 2 Pine Close: Reduce width from property by 1.5m, clean out deadwood. Reasons: bird droppings covering lawn, clothesline, dogs rolling in it, have to brush and hose the lawn daily.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 6 (Obscure Glazing) following DM/0623/25/FUL to amend garage design and location, alterations to roof and boundary treatments with associated works
