T1 Horse chestnut - Pruning to clear the conservatory building and reduce the overhang by 2 metres. T2 Lime prune to clear the neighbours garage building by 1.5m.

Demolition of Store and Conservatory and erection of side and rear single storey extension.

T1 - Horse chestnut - Reduce lateral branches by 2.5 metres on the total crown to bring the tree down to a height of no less than 11 metres from ground level and to be clear of the telephone line. Cut back damaged branches within the canopy to suitable and strong growth points. All deadwood will be removed.
