Proposal description
Proposed single-storey rear extension to be constructed wholly within the boundary of 104 St Davids Road. Existing boundary fence panels adjacent to the neighbouring property will be removed and replaced with the new extension wall. Existing access arrangements will remain unchanged and no new vehicular or pedestrian access is proposed. Surface water drainage will connect into the existing drainage system. All dimensions, siting and proposed works are shown on the accompanying plans.
