Remove conservatory, proposed extension and alterations to property

T1 Oak: Reduce by 2.5-3M approx and shape sides to balance. Removal of deadwood throughout. The tree is very close to the house and is in need of some attention to maintain its longevity.

Removal of a dead Cherry Tree to the frontapplication of the property. This overhangs the pavement and adjacent electical substation. Removal of 3 mature Leylandii at the rear of the property (approx 25m+) and close to boundary of adjacent properties. These Removal of these trees is requested for the following reasons. 1. Should they fall (or branches) they have could damage to the property, neighbouring property and outbuildings 2. Due to their size the root system is likly to interfere with the footings of the neighbouring properties 3. They restrict light to the property and neighbouring property 4. There is concern relating to the health of one of the trees In addition there is a Yew tree to the front of the property and Bay tree to the rear which require removal/lopping but not sure if these fall in the requirements for the

T1 Willow (Contorted) - Remove The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability.
