G1: Six x ash trees. Fell All trees are suffering from class 3-4 ash dieback disease and are almost dead.

T1: Oak tree. Permission to reduce the laterals extending toward the property by up to 3m where necessary and less in other areas, to create better clearance from the roof line. Squirrels have been accessing the loft space via the tree. The deadwood is also to be removed over the footpath.

Conifer trees. To reduce height of trees by 7.62 meters. Works to be carried out by local qualified tree surgeon.

Leyland Cypress (x5). T1 (denoted by arrow in photos): Full removal (felling).To prevent structural damage as the tree is encroaching over the property's garage and conservatory. T2, T3, T4 & T5: The way the trees have been cut at present it would be near impossible to reduce them and provide meter measurements, so crown thin of 10-15%. In short, the previous owner must've pruned these trees - to a poor standard, and I would like to remove poorly cut branches and over hanging branches to allow for a greater appearance a regrowth opportunity. Maintenance and tidying of previously pruned crowns.

The subject tree is identified as T1 on the enclosed plan. It is a cherry laurel (Prunus laurocerasus), and the proposed work is felling.

Row of London plane trees - Plantanus x Hispanica. These trees have previously caused lifting of the paved area on the station approach that has now been modified due to multiple complaints by pedestrians. South Western Rail would like to have these trees pollarded to aproximately 8m and re pollarded to the same points every 3 - 5 years

submitted as 26/01181/TPO. I am applying to get permission to trim (Crown Reduction) of two Yew trees which are inside the boundary of my house back garden. The tree branches now protrude over the back garden too much. About 1 meter needs to be reduced and the tree shape maintained. The work will be done by a tree surgeon.
